Viewtech commenced business since May 2000. At the first, Viewtech was appointed as Exclusive Distributor for Philips CSI CCTV system (currently known as Bosch Security System) and a Distributor for PA and Conference system equipment

September 2002

Viewtech Services commenced business to support Viewtech after sales. Viewtech Services support in provides service and maintenance, testing and commissioning services to our customer. At the same time, Viewtech was also appointed as an authorized Repair Centre for Philips CSI equipment

January 2003   

Viewtech appointed as the distributor for CBC CCTV system

June 2004

Viewtech moved to its own building at Pandan Cahaya, where our current office is located

January 2005

Viewtech obtained exclusive distribution rights for certain models of Honeywell Alarm Panel from Ademco Asia Pacific Limited

June 2005

Viewtech commenced OEM and distribution of CCTV cameras and DVR under its own brand named MegaView and MegaVision which respectively to cater for the mid range market segment

August 2007

Viewtech acquired a new subsidiary company, I-Pocket Solution Sdn Bhd and now known as Viewtech International Sdn. Bhd (VTI). VTI is a MSC Status Company involving in software development

October 2008

Viewtech was appointed as the distributor for VIVOTEK CCTV cameras

October 2008

Viewtech was appointed as the distributor for AIMETIS Video Analytics Software Solution

March 2009

Viewtech was appointed as the distributor for Hangzhou HIKVISION Digital Video Recorder System

January 2010

Viewtech was appointed as the distributor for NEDAP and ADALO Card Access System
