        Viewtech had implemented the Honeywell Home Intercom System within
        Melawati Bungalow comprising of 48 units storeys. The whole structure
        includes installation of 48 sets of Lobby Phones (HLP-1000) and 3 sets
        of Audio Intercom for each selected luxury residential units. With Audio Intercom,
        user is allowed to communicate among the units itself and also to the security
        guard house by press on the call button.

        Viewtech had implemented the Honeywell Home Intercom System within a
        six-star luxurious condominium standing on 5.81 acres land, with units ranging
        from 2,535 to 6,465 sq ft comprising of 460 units and 40 storeys. The whole structure
        includes installation of 25 sets of Lobby Phones (HLP-1000), 337 sets of Video
        Phone 7’’ TFT LCD (HS-6270) and 23 sets of Audio / Video Phone Sub phone for
        selected luxury residential units.

Casarina Ara Damansara LATEST
        By integrated the VMS System in Casarina Ara Damansara, the VMS will function
        as a specially standalone system design to monitor, manage and audit visitor traffic
        by using the VMS software. VMS lets you define user security levels, badge visitors,
        track those visitors and restrict access areas by integrating with access control
        systems. This system is utilizes the latest technology which can enhance the
        security in the facility. The staff and the management have the ability to manage
        and track visitors and it will help to create great first impression to visitor and
        enhance the corporate image.

Binjai Residency
        Providing comfort homes, Viewtech had implemented the Honeywell Home
        Intercom System within the residence’s compound of average 2000 sq ft.,
        comprising of 100 units and 4 penthouses. Being the first project in Malaysia that
        utilised the Honeywell Home Intercom System, the whole structure includes
        installation of 4 Lobby Phones (HLP-1000), 2 Guard Phones (HI-750), 104 Video
        Phones (HS6000) and 104 Bath Phones (CT-505ITE).

        Integrating the Honeywell Home Automation System in the establishment’s
        compound of approximately 3,500 to 7,500 sq ft, comprising of 32 units in total, this
        residence is the second in adapting the system. The system which accommodates
        the two lots of the residential condominium includes 3 units Lobby Phones
        (HLP-1000), 1 unit Guard Phone (HI-750), 336 units Video Phones (HS-6000), 336
        units Door Camera (HC-6000) and 336 units Audio Phones (HIP1000).

        luxurious condominium standing on 6.7 acres land, with units ranging from 2,000
        to 7,000 sq ft. comprising of 339 units and 5 storeys. The whole structure includes
        installation of 38 sets of Lobby Phones (HLP-1000), 6 sets of Mater Guard Panels
        (HI-750), 339 sets of Video Phones (HS-6000), 334 sets of Audio Subphone
        (HSP-1000), and 339 sets of  Video Phone 5’’ TFT LCD (HS-6150E-P).
